By using Mami Travel services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. They are available at all times on the site and must be accepted before any booking is validated.
Mami Travel offers private transfers, excursions, multi-day tours, cruise shore excursions and seminar organisation in Tunisia. The description of each service, the included and excluded services and the departure location are shown on the corresponding page. Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes in Tunisian dinars (TND); display in any other currency is provided for information only. The applicable price is the one shown when the booking is validated.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation. Information provided must be accurate and complete. Once validated, you receive a confirmation email and then a voucher in PDF format; this voucher must be shown to the provider on the day of the service.
Payments may be made in cash, by bank card on site or online. Online payment is handled by ClicToPay, the secure platform of Société Monétique Tunisie, and accepts [À COMPLÉTER: accepted cards] cards. Transactions are protected by the 3-D Secure protocol: your card details are sent directly and in encrypted form to the banking platform, Mami Travel never has access to them and stores none of them. The amount is charged in Tunisian dinars (TND); if your card is denominated in another currency, the conversion is carried out by your issuing bank at its own rate and may incur its own fees. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Late cancellations may incur fees of up to 50% of the total amount. No-shows will be charged in full.
Any refund due under the preceding article is issued solely to the payment method used for the booking; no cash refund may be requested for a payment made by card. The refund is initiated within [À COMPLÉTER: number] business days of the request being accepted; the funds are then made available according to your issuing bank's own processing times. Any exchange or banking fees charged by your bank are not refundable by Mami Travel.
In accordance with Tunisian legislation on electronic exchanges and commerce, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport, accommodation and leisure services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. As our transfers, excursions, tours and cruise shore excursions are booked for a specific date, they do not give rise to a right of withdrawal: only the cancellation terms set out in article 6 apply. Mami Travel is committed to providing quality services. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, force majeure).
Travellers must behave respectfully at all times. Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Each service has a limited luggage capacity. Mami Travel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal luggage. Travel insurance is recommended.
Any complaint relating to a service must be sent to contact@mami-travel.com within [À COMPLÉTER: number] days of the date of the service, quoting the booking reference. We acknowledge receipt of every complaint and undertake to provide a reasoned reply within [À COMPLÉTER: number] business days.
The personal information collected when booking (identity, contact details, trip details) is used solely to perform the service, invoice it and provide after-sales support; it is never passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. Processing is carried out in accordance with Tunisian organic law no. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data. You have a right to access, correct and delete your data, which you may exercise at contact@mami-travel.com. The entire site is served over HTTPS.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nabeul, Tunisia.
